Idea Guidelines:
1 – Idea needs to be something we can do. This means, although we appreciate general feedback (for example, “this is good!” or “this hurts!”), here we are looking for ideas we can work on.
2 – Specific. The more details you can provide, the better. Heck—you can attach files to ideas or a reference link to show us what you want!

Impedance Calculation Utility
A calculation tool to let customers know the impedance of their PCB traces.
Here is an example:
http://www.hughescircuits.com/index.php/en/support/impedance-calculatorThe customer would only need to enter their PCB trace width, because all the other parameters can be determined automatically from the PCB specifications that the customer has selected.

Fraud?
I suggest you fix your ordering system!
1) I ordered and paid $398,20 USD.
2) You prepared to ship something for $110.58, so I complained that something is missing.
3) You cancelled my order claiming I did not pay (so your accountant says) and suggested to re-order
4) I sent you my paypal transaction of $398,20 USD and your invoice of 110.58 EUR.
5) and I am waiting for a replyObviously I am not willing to reorder and pay twice.
Regards,
Robert

wired/wireless Grove-controlled 220V outlets
A simple, wired outlet is something I find myself making all the time (left side of photo), but I'd rather buy something smaller/safer/nicer than keep making them :)
The [more expensive] wireless product can have the same functionality of a "normal" rf (or ir) controlled outlet, but the remote control would also have a grove socket. If it's necessary to have 2 buttons/pins in order to control such a device (like the a/b buttons in the photo), you can use both yellow and white lines (unorthodox for non-I2C grove modules, but I don't see any reason why not).

Create a board like the BBG but without any connectors
There are so few companies that are making modules like the BBB/BBG without the ethernet & USB connectors. This is an embedded market product so lets make it that way. I want to plug the module into my circuit board and put the connectors where I need them to be.

Optoisolator
I wish that in the OPL parts, you can find a place also for an optoisolator like the PC817. This is a good component when we need to make a strong separation between different supplies. Especially for microcontroller!

Add a DTR Pin to the dual mode Bluetooth Device so that it can also flash the microcontroller over the air.
Currently the Bluetooth Modules with HM-13 are not providing the DTR Pin that is needed to reset the microcontroller while flashing a new firmware. It would be great if that functionality could be made available on one of the programmable Output Pins.

Fix the translation for the new Mini Soldering Iron
Great product, but the translation needs some work. Here is my suggestion:
Our Mini Soldering Iron, is a small, lightweight, quick heating soldering pencil that is great for many soldering application. The stable temperature is controlled accurately by the embedded STM32 controller and is easily adjusted from 100 to 400 degrees Celsius. You will benefit from dual temperatures, accelerated sensors, included sleep mode, and automatic over-heating warning. Soldering iron tips can be replaced with 4 different types and the embedded software can be reprogramed.
Features:
Portable and lightweight for convenient soldering
Easy temperature control
Sleep mode for safety and extend life of soldering tips
On screen Overheat Alert mode: “warning” appears when temperature is higher than 400℃.
Solder iron tips can be replaced or changed
Software can be modified and reprogrammedGreat product, but the translation needs some work. Here is my suggestion:

Max485
I wish to have in your OPL list the posibility to use the well common MAX485. When I develop boards with Modbus communication feature, I always need to use this components.
