New Seeed Fusion Interface
Your new user interface for ordering is VERY bad and not well thought out. Submitting an order gets you to a page which says to close the window with no close button.
Payment screens are not clear and displayed shipping address has garbage characters. I don't think you have initialized the data fields.
Cost numbers do not have two decimal digits for North American display. Check your usage of UNICODE is not correct.
Go back to the previous interface and fix these problems, test, then release.

BOM Alternate Purchase Links
Idea: SEEED should list Mainland China based "BOM - Alternative Purchase Links" Vendors like ARROW, Digi-Key, etc so PCB clients can find alternative purchase links when a BOM is not accepted because some components not being available in the SEEED inventory.
This is assuming that the SEEED PCB manufacturers are located in major Chinese cities where the alternate vendors may have component stocks.1 vote -
Small batch custom firmware for Jetson?
Hey, Seeed. We are a startup in the States and I love your jetson series products. It has bothered us to burn our firmware into to devices every time. Is that possible that Seeed can help pre-stall our software before shipment. But it is not large batch (may be ~10pcs each batch). We can accept reasonable processing fee if possible.

Add 4x20 Grove LCD
The 2x16 Grove LCD is terrific, especially with the backlight color changes. Bring out a 4x20 version.
By the way, what are the hidden I2C addresses on this device? They should be documented so multiple devices can be used.

Fix Inventory Listings (Counts of Available Products)

I have the following comment to make about the ordering process at Seeed:
I've placed two orders that ended up including products sold to me that were later declared "Out of Stock". Seeed only explained to me that these items were "Out of Stock" after I'd already paid for the orders and after I'd contacted Seeed (~1 month later) to ask them why my orders had a status of "Confirmed", but never shipped. The items were not listed as "Out of Stock" when I placed the order. I'd…

make larger flex circuits! PCB's go up to 30cm, flex circuits should too :)
seeed flex circuits are very reasonably priced, however they don't go large enough to make a real wire harness replacement in any decent size project. Would love to see the flex circuits get the same size options as the rigid PCB's :)

Bad email services, change email service provider of fix server configuration
Which service are you using for your emails ? I've sent many emails to different seeed addresses but never got any answer.

Lexan Labels
I like to put labels on my PCB enclosures. It would be great if Seeed offered a lexan or similar material label service.

shipping - don't just publish your rates, make them reasonable.
Quit ripping people off on shipping. I ordered a five dollar cable that could have been shipped from california to california for less than a buck. Got to paypal and it was over 20 dollars, plus the price of the cable. No thanks. Sorry I bought you pirate 4.0 board. Will be doing minimal to zero business with you and seeed. Pricing sucks!

Desktop view on mobile
You cannot aaccess the standard seeed desktop site on mobile devices. I am una le to check account status of my orders from my phone as I cannot login. A bit inconvenient that account information is not available.

Industrial 4-20ma input and output GROVE modules
I wish to control and read Industrial Sensors and equipment using 4-20mA signals, using a neat Grove module.
