Payment Issue, Late Customer service response
I've made an order and few minutes later i've received sms from my bank confirming that there was purchase and the money has been deducted but the status of payment remained pending i said maybe it normal despite the fact i contacted customer service for feedback but none received then day after received a message says:
Your payment has been declined due to security reasons. Please check your payment information and try again. You will not immediately lose your paid subscription. Items will be kept on hold for you for the next 12 hours.
What that means i already made a purchase and i was charged and i use it constantly to shop online with no problem and does that mean the money will be taken of or refunded?? Note that my payment information is correct i am sure of it, or it would charge in the first place....
Hopefully i get answers unlike email support!

Update: I got a sms of successful refund! but why this happening??
