Idea Guidelines:
1 – Idea needs to be something we can do. This means, although we appreciate general feedback (for example, “this is good!” or “this hurts!”), here we are looking for ideas we can work on.
2 – Specific. The more details you can provide, the better. Heck—you can attach files to ideas or a reference link to show us what you want!

Sell the matching motor separately for the Tessel Servo Module
I just ordered Tessel Servo Module 108990016
It supports multiple motors but you only sell one of this specific motor with this item. You should also sell it individually. I had to go order it from another website so that I could have 2 of the same model motors.
In fact, it would be a good upsell link like "Customers buying this also purchased..."1 vote -

Email to Track and Trace number as soons as it comes available
Why I get an email to my order is traceable, but first I have to log in and go to the order history and there find the number.
Why not send the track and trace number in the email?4 votes -
Offer the 2-pin JST to JST SM cable from the EL Driver as a separate component
The Grove EL Driver comes with two cables. One of these is 2-pin JST to 2-pin JST SM for making the connection from the board to the EL Wire. My suggestion is to offer that cable as a separate item in quantities similar to those offered for Grove adapter cables.

Ethernet transceiver a bit noisy (but BBG is quiet in general!)
Make the ethernet transceiver radiate less. I did radiated emissions testing on the BeagleBone Green and it does quite well. It passes Class B residential, which is difficult to do. However, I had to add a ferrite on the ethernet cable. Your ethernet chip must be noisy. Thanks!

Correct your weeb page
http://www.seeedstudio.com/service/index.php?r=pcb&ref=banner_fusion_fusion201631
in this page it says 4.9$ for 10 pcs but when you click it it changes to $9.9
why it is different ?3 votes -
Your web pages are difficult to follow! Difficult to determine how to get special deals, and promotions.
Make it easier to order pc boards, include discount promotions, and checking on orders purchased! You have a great company, make it easier for the USA to place orders with you. Free shipping on pcb orders would greatly increase your business!

Adapter Boards
I would like to be able to put smaller pitch components onto a regular breadboard.
Currently I have a number of leads from a mother board that fit very small pitch connectors. I need to be able to breakout these headers to fit onto a regular breadboard.
I cannot even find prototype boards with other than 2.54 pitch holes, let alone a dual size board.
Adapter boards that allow a dual row small pitch header to be fitted that breakout to standard size would be great. Currently I have 16 pin, 8 pin and 6 pin dual row headers that need to breakout.

Human check / review option.
For new, first time users, add an option for a human review / check of the order on the phone with the customer. I'd pay extra for that.

Fix their broken website.
The Fusion PCB website is broken. It won't let me create a new account. I just get the error message "CAPTCHA Error: Session not started. The CAPTCHA cannot be used!".
I tried to report this issue through the "Contact Support" link on the feedback page but that is broken too, so this is the only way I have of reporting the issue!

Improve and make predictable the latency between when tracking numbers are generated and when objects actually ship.
Hi Seeed, this is actually a pretty big problem for your customers. We're often working on very tight schedules, and while it is OK if production and shipping takes a long time, this time needs to be PREDICTABLE. For example, I ordered some fusion boards recently, and I have a prototype due on the 14th. I also am trying to write up a doctoral thesis, so planning my time is critical. I payed extra for FexEx shipping, and the product was initially predicted to arrive on the 2nd. Needless to say it has not arrived, and it is not predicted to arrive on the 5th, but I have no way of trusting this information. The issue is that the amount of time between when you generate tracking numbers and when you actually deliver packages to FedEx is completely unpredictable, so FedEx can't generate accurate tracking information. You need to ensure that the latency between when you mark an item as traceable, and when it is actually send to the shipping company, is constant and is well publicised. Otherwise you're customers will have a very hard time scheduling things and meeting deadlines, and it causes great problems. Again, it is not necessarily that the timing be fast, only that it be precise, consistent, and that customers are well informed of the expected delays in advance.

Data storage expansion for the RePhone.
It would be great to be able to expand the RePhone memory, either to have a module that increases the flash memory or a module for a SD card reader, anything that could increase the only 5mb storage that is available in the RePhone.
