PLEASE!!!! Show my product name/number of the order history. I frequently order a large number of different board designs (almost 30) in fairly small quantities (10 - 20 at a time). I frequently need to reference the order history either to see what is on order or sometimes to reorder a particular design, However, this is impossible when every item is identified only as SKU: 501010001. ALL OF MY ORDERS have this SKU, so it is impossible to tell which is which. PLEASE add the Gerber file name to the order history.

Small batch custom firmware for Jetson?
Hey, Seeed. We are a startup in the States and I love your jetson series products. It has bothered us to burn our firmware into to devices every time. Is that possible that Seeed can help pre-stall our software before shipment. But it is not large batch (may be ~10pcs each batch). We can accept reasonable processing fee if possible.

Improve reliability in information provided about product availability
When I placed an order of the Xiao RP2040, the item was shown as available for direct shipping.
To my surprise and dismay, my order wasn't fulfiled as expected and I was still waiting for the board one month later.
Looking for details about my order, the Xiao RP2040 was in back order.
Due to deadlines I have to meet, I had no option but to cancel my order and buy a different from another supplier.

Replace Disqus
Disqus is horrible for customers to provide feedback. You have to create an extra account to log in to disqus just to leave a comment. This is annoying, I will not sign up for Disqus, and will never do so due to their poor implementation of a feedback/comment system.
Their user interface is terrible, Seeed Studios please create your own comment system and leave Disqus.

Separating Orders and Shipping Price Estimations
When filling up one's cart. It would be great to see the shipping price estimates before having to fill in the payment info.
Additionally, to help manage shipping costs and only select what you want to buy. Be able to select specific items you have chosen to be saved in the cart to make up an order.
This can potentially allow some customers to get a bit cheaper shipping by separating orders and to not remove any items they are still interested in, but may buy in the future.

I wish we, the makers/enthusiast from India, can buy directly or from official affordable resellers from India. We are paying arm and leg, also the availability is less than the availability of the Unicorn.
Please have some affordable shipping for India or setup a sales channel/warehouse/official resellers.

I have the following comment to make about the ordering process at Seeed:
I've placed two orders that ended up including products sold to me that were later declared "Out of Stock". Seeed only explained to me that these items were "Out of Stock" after I'd already paid for the orders and after I'd contacted Seeed (~1 month later) to ask them why my orders had a status of "Confirmed", but never shipped.
