I want to buy used baker-style scaffolding to paint and renovate my house.
Isn't it better to rent the scaffold? If I was doing the same job over and over again it would make sense to buy the scaffolding or forms and move it from job to job, assuming I have a place to store it occasionally and a suitable sturdy trailer.
Since I don’t do that - or have a place to keep it when not in use, I rent.
Plus I get them to spec it, deliver it. And erect it, and dismantle it, and take it away when we’re done. The costs of scaffolding around here are fairly cheap, so it’s better for us to just have that done. Plus it gets “certified” as safe and sturdy, so the work-safe insurance police and building inspectors are ecstatic when they see things done right. Basically, we just concentrate on doing what we need to do without worrying about the scaffolding. You can rent/buy from https://petesuen.com/.
This is a very good idea. Because you can save money and get a good quality tree
