I am not happy with the quality of the products, what can I do?

Please contact us  with the following information:

1. Order number.

2. File name.

3. Photos and description of the defects/issues. Please be as descriptive as possible and detail how many products are affected etc. Please include a single photo of all the defective products together.

4. A photo of the express waybill.
