Give a better service than lying to your customers.
I ordered a DSO Nano v3 which is $126 on 25th February. I paid extra $36 for shipping via UPS because I wanted to get it SOON. Now it's been 11 days and still I didn't get my item. I ordered it for one of my customers for a research and he is asking for that. I got a tracking number. But when I check the ONLY information there is "Billing information recived on 2nd March."
So I even don't know my item posted or where it is.
I asked about this customer suppor and first they said my zip is incorrect. That can't be. Because I order many items from various sitea and same I use same address all the time and I received all other items I ordered from other sites.
Now customer support is not even replying to my mails. I don't know what happened to my item and I can't track it or I can't get replies from this Seeedstudio site.
This is THE WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD.
I'm not going to buy from this again.
I got my item after 12 days. It's in good condition. My address is CORRECT and it came correctly. Tracking updated on delivered date. What's the point of that tracking system? I can say this is not a fraud service. They really send you items. But please update your tracking system and send parcels quickly.
