Copper Foil Paper Impedance: ≤0.09, not sure what that means
Either I don't understand what "Impedance: ≤0.09" means, or there's something missing. Like, should it be "Impedance: ≤0.09Ω/cm" or something like that?

I think it's per meter not cm. If I calculate resistance as copper it's 0.13 Ω/m and a Rsq=0.688mΩ/square .
