Idea Guidelines:
1 – Idea needs to be something we can do. This means, although we appreciate general feedback (for example, “this is good!” or “this hurts!”), here we are looking for ideas we can work on.
2 – Specific. The more details you can provide, the better. Heck—you can attach files to ideas or a reference link to show us what you want!

USA Distributor or Cheaper Shipping
This is why I can't use your products; I have $27 of Grove modules and the cost to ship them is more than twice that. Your shipping charges are way too high; or you need a distributor in the USA or cheaper shipping method

Respond to sales requests - I'm trying to buy from SEEED!
I am working with UNESCO trying to buy a large quantity of items from SEEED ... I need a quote or proforma invoice according to their purchasing procedure. I can get no response from SEEED to several emails (orders.cc and other addresses) ... only from tech support that responded quickly and said it has notified sales. Also no response on telephone. Customer who wants to spend money should be a priority!

Custom shape FR-4 plates for prototyping
Custom shape FR-4 boards for prototyping without copper.
I would like to order a PCB without any copper in FR-4 material to be used for functional support parts for a prototype we are working on. It is a strong material (better than laser cut acrylics or wood) and you probably already have the machines / partners to deliver. Should be easy to add function for you guys.1 vote -

Order specific communications
Add a "communications" feature in a order item that would enable sending and receiving messages that are directly linked to a specific order. In my case I wanted to send a message with some details about the PCB but it was difficult to find a way to send a message at all.

more detail on order status
Provide more online detail on order status. e.g. "Processing" is too generic. more detail would be appreciated, including estimated shipping date.

Make logins last longer
While assembling a recent order over several days, I was very frustrated by how often I had to log in. I can understand asking for my password before placing an order or viewing account details, but I just wanted to see the items in my cart. I don't think meaningful security is gained by not letting me stay logged in.

Fix the PCB specification page in Firefox
Currently, the PCB specification page does not properly display in Firefox. It seems images are not scaled properly (I suspect because Firefox does not honor the td width parameter), which causes the table to become very wide. On my screen (1280px wide), this causes the table to be cropped at the right, completely hiding the actual data.
Just now I noticed that the page did properly display in Chrome and found out there was a lot more info on the spec page than I suspected.
I'm talking about this page: http://support.seeedstudio.com/knowledgebase/articles/447362-fusion-pcb-specification
I've attached a screenshot of how Firefox 45.4.0 renders…1 vote -

Mount the actual Grove Connector on the side of the board opposite proximity-critical sensors
On some boards, like the Grove Sunlight Sensor, it is critical that the sensor be as near the sunlight as possible. Currently, the sensor is mounted so it makes the light travel further than necessary. This is non-optimal placement to get light to sensor. Plus, it’s hard to manage the mounting and wiring against an enclosure. Instead, put the Grove Connector on the other side of the board so the sensor is as near as possible to the enclosure aperture. It will also make wiring simpler. .

Adds some opto-isolators to the OPL
There aren't currently any opto-isolators in the OPL? This seems like a big gap in it's functionality. Something like the 4N35 or the TLP291-4
