I bought a defective Blackwidow Ultimate some time ago, thinking that I would replace some switches and it would be fine. However, it turned out that the switches were fine, and there was a deeper problem.

I searched the internet for my problem, and found some posts with similar cases, but no good solutions (just the usual baths in water and soap). A month or two ago, I started playing with it, and I was able to fix it.

Since I wasn't able to find anything on the internet, I wanted to write my experience with the problem and how I fixed it, hoping that it will help someone with the same problem. I know it is quite long, but I wanted to leave everything clear, and I don't know how to write short texts. I hope it's readable. :P

Was wondering if anybody wanted to share their experiences with regards to purchasing or otherwise engaging with businesses on Flippa...?

Context: I tutor basic coding to people privately and semi-privately. Lately I've had more of the semi-privately (2 or 3 or 4 students at a time) classes, so I set up a projector in my officetel so that the students could all easily see my screen without craning their necks. Instead of hooking up a laptop or desktop to the projector, I found it more convenient to hook up an old Raspberry Pi with a wireless keyboard and mouse.

Specifically it's the original Raspberry Pi 1 B. For those who don't remember the old Raspberry Pi 1 Bs, the specs are:

Single-core 700MHz ARM (roughly comparable to a 300MHz Pentium II)

512MB RAM, shared with video (about 430MB available)

    HDMI out

USB 2.0 and an SD reader

I’ve been selling for a few months part time and I always shipped domestic. I was wonder with those who had a lot of experience selling internationally found it worth it.

Are there problems with items arriving to the buyer?

    Are returns a hassle?

Does eBay handle the shipping cost or I would have to ship it to the buyer?

Do I have to choose the shipping method or does eBay handle it for me? What type of service do I select?

I sell mostly clothes so I don’t have to worry about fragile things. I’m curious to see if I open up international shipping if it will broaden the clientele

    Thank you all in advance

I've had my work laptop for almost three years now. I occasionally connect to our work server through a VPN connection.

How do I make sure that all my personal files and links and etc are really deleted before I turn it back in?

I was not as good as I should have been about keeping personal stuff off of it, but when I traveled for work I didn't want to drag my personal laptop along.

The work files need to be left in the machine. I can't reformat the hard drive or anything like that.

I usually use an American fab house, but once I needed a bunch of cheap boards for a learn-to-solder class I was teaching. I ordered a batch through Seeed and one or two boards had this unintentional short between a trace and a ground plane. I can't remember exactly what the clearance was supposed to be, but it was well above spec. Pretty sloppy smudge of copper visible below the soldermask. They sent more boards than I ordered, so I can't really complain about getting ripped off, https://appsync.biz/abcya/ but I wasn't expecting this kind of an error on their part. https://appsync.biz/adam4adam/ We had to throw out the kid's board and start over https://appsync.biz/pof/
