  2. Use PostNL as registered post for Europe instead of Singapore Post

    to switch shipping provider and use PostNL. Other Chinese vendors offer it and it takes 10 working days to reach Europe at a comparative price.
    Singapore Post is way too slow, and DHL/FedEX make sense only for large orders

  3. Use existing address information

    Use the address you have on record for existing, logged in users. When I go to the checkout, I have to enter and address that you already have!
    Lost sale there.

  4. Add 4x20 Grove LCD

    The 2x16 Grove LCD is terrific, especially with the backlight color changes. Bring out a 4x20 version.

    By the way, what are the hidden I2C addresses on this device? They should be documented so multiple devices can be used.

  5. Please fix the shop category menu (and add a shopping cart/login button to the front page)!

    The Shop category menu only works for me when I'm in the shopping cart page. It doesn't work (e.g. react to the mouse in any way) on any other page of the site (using Firefox, all plugins deactivated)!

    Also, the white background of the sub-menus isn't optimal in my opinion as it doesn't contrast with the white page background.

    And - why is there no cart/login button on the shop page!? The only way to get there seems to be to add an item to the cart.

    This is another point: I iked the old behaviour more where you were…

  6. Your Verification button says its case sensitive but codes only show upper case. In short it dont work!

    Fix your Verification box so that it shows both upper and lower case letters properly. I do not have time to be dicking around trying to figgure this out.

    The ability to be both a Wifi station and a Wifi access point, simultaneously, would allow the Smart 7688 Duo to participate in powerful Mesh Networks. This can be accomplished virtually within a single radio (allowing for the same channel, or a more power-draining second radio). The 'hostapd' package in openwrt's Chaos Calmer supports this feature.

  9. Sell the matching motor separately for the Tessel Servo Module

    I just ordered Tessel Servo Module 108990016
    It supports multiple motors but you only sell one of this specific motor with this item. You should also sell it individually. I had to go order it from another website so that I could have 2 of the same model motors.
    In fact, it would be a good upsell link like "Customers buying this also purchased..."

  10. Email to Track and Trace number as soons as it comes available

    Why I get an email to my order is traceable, but first I have to log in and go to the order history and there find the number.
    Why not send the track and trace number in the email?

  11. Offer the 2-pin JST to JST SM cable from the EL Driver as a separate component

    The Grove EL Driver comes with two cables. One of these is 2-pin JST to 2-pin JST SM for making the connection from the board to the EL Wire. My suggestion is to offer that cable as a separate item in quantities similar to those offered for Grove adapter cables.

  12. Ethernet transceiver a bit noisy (but BBG is quiet in general!)

    Make the ethernet transceiver radiate less. I did radiated emissions testing on the BeagleBone Green and it does quite well. It passes Class B residential, which is difficult to do. However, I had to add a ferrite on the ethernet cable. Your ethernet chip must be noisy. Thanks!

  14. Your web pages are difficult to follow! Difficult to determine how to get special deals, and promotions.

    Make it easier to order pc boards, include discount promotions, and checking on orders purchased! You have a great company, make it easier for the USA to place orders with you. Free shipping on pcb orders would greatly increase your business!
