When I contacted your Customer Service on 03/29/2016, they seemed to interpret "ready to ship" as "shipped". I have no complaint on the order processing leadtime from order placed to order ready to ship and shipping leadtime from shipment picked up to shipment delivered but in both cases there seems to be a serious lapse in the process between "items ready to ship" and "shipment picked up" where valuable time is wasted in waiting. This is not acceptable especially when I have to pay over US$20 for the courier service. For your information, I also placed orders to two online distributors for some components and tools on 03/23/2016. Both needed to bring in the items from their UK and US warehouses and used UPS and DHL services. I received both shipments on 03/28/2016.
For my order 204015, I do hope DHL will pick up the shipment from you today. Please look into the matter.

This is awful, we have had the same experience with Seeed, shipping takes too long because the logistics 3rd party they use takes too long, or maybe both. Any way we would prefer to know the real shipping time instead of lies.
