Improve reliability in information provided about product availability
When I placed an order of the Xiao RP2040, the item was shown as available for direct shipping.
To my surprise and dismay, my order wasn't fulfiled as expected and I was still waiting for the board one month later.
Looking for details about my order, the Xiao RP2040 was in back order.
Due to deadlines I have to meet, I had no option but to cancel my order and buy a different from another supplier.
Apart from the bad customer experience, showing a product as available when it is not, is false advertising and a breach of contract from a legal point of view.
I strongly suggest Seeed to improve the reliability in information provided about product availability.
I'm sorry for giving you a bad shopping experience, is there any possibility I can know when you place the XIAO RP2040? I have checked our end show XIAO RP2040 is in stock. Maybe when you bought our RP2040 is on backorder. Because sometimes we may backorder for that product.
