LED Lighting for Urban

I am considering using led lights for urban purposes or a powerful led strip, as they are much cheaper than a generator, less hassle, and completely silent. That's what I'm looking at.
We usually try to shoot things, and sometimes our photographer friend comes and takes photos. Now, I'm not very good at taking / shooting photos, but I've heard that "white light" is difficult to shoot. Are led lights a bad idea?

    Hey Max! To me, it sounds like a very cool idea! Although, as Williboss also mentioned, I've never heard about LED lighting being used for urban purposes, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work out! I'd be very intrigued to see this idea in practice. Cheers!

    LEDs are a better option than usual lights because they have a higher working frequency. In other words, they will not flicker so much as regular ones.

    To be honest, I have never used LED lighting for urban purposes, but you should try how it works...
