    This would make the pcb prices to go up to way they are on other sellers... Not good idea. SEED buys whole panels, and if panel is not totally used, it will make this service unprofitable for them. It is not economical to trash half of panel if people order 55,5mm pcb's from them and there is no space for 10x10 pcb. It is all about your desing how you use the space you pay for. panelize and panelize your pcb's.

  2. Gerber Viewer doesn't show holes.

    The holes are always on "NCdrill" or "excelon" file, so the gerber view should not show them. Industry standard.
