I am not happy with the quality of my Fusion order, what can I do?
In the event of a quality complaint, please prepare the following information:
1. Detailed photos of the affected products and the defect(s). The more detailed the better.
2. A detailed description of the problem and the tests you have performed to verify this.
3. Make sure you have included the:
o Order number (12 digit number beginning with 20-),
o Filename(s) of the affected orders (including 7 digit identifier code),
o The number of affected pieces.
