  1. Arduino Library for e-ink displays should be given on product page.?

    2.7'' Triple-Color E-Ink Shield for Arduino does not provide information on the Arduino Library to use with it. Ten minutes on Google has failed to find an answer. It should be in either the documents or the FAQ.

    Suppose, you have lost your phone and usually the person who found it wouldn't be able to use it because of the password, pattern, etc. But this can be overcome by a simple factory reset. To overcome this cause Google introduced the Google Account Verification, or Factory Reset Protection (FRP).   3. Converter for MPN to OPL

    Seeed should have a convertor function to translate BOM for PCBA from MPN to equivalent OPL part number.

  4. DesignSpark compatibility

    I'd like to see the Seeed OPL be compatible with RS DesignSpark software or a way of uploading an RS BOM and allowing your system to search for compatible parts, from which I can then pick and choose what to change.

    IS SEEEDStudio part of SISEED? Are they related besides carrying the SISEED product? Let me know.

    OPL items should be sorted by some meaningful criteria; it is hard to choose a specific item among 15000 different ones. If it is not possible, it should be possible to download all the data base, let's say in Excell format, an do ourselves the sorting by different criteria (case size, manufacturer, name, etc.)

  12. Website has a case of "can't get out of bed" and needs caffeine, badly. Fix the speed!

    Fix your website, as it is painfully slow, at least in the USA. Currently it is nearly unusable. Speeding this up would make ordering a much nicer experience.

    While making it fast would be awesome, getting rid of the "painfully" and achieving merely slow would be ok.

  13. Fix unexpected behavior when ordering from multiple warehouses

    Fix the cart and ordering system so orders from multiple warehouses will complete in a single purchase, instead of obscurely splitting the cart by warehouse and leaving items from one warehouse unpurchased and unnotified in the cart.

  14. Bad email services, change email service provider of fix server configuration

    Which service are you using for your emails ? I've sent many emails to different seeed addresses but never got any answer.

  15. Budget Shipping option

    I ordered a few boards a month or so ago and the only shipping options were DHL and I forget what other service but it was even more expensive. Might I suggest a budget shipping option for those customers who are less concerned with longer lead times such as say post. The two board orders I placed cost $13.50 CAD and shipping was $35. Then on top of that the boarder stung me with $26 in tax a duty which I do not understand how they can charge more than the product is worth, a problem I have only ever…

  17. MY SHOPPING CART - USD specified

    The $ ... which one of these : USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, SGD ? ? I guess it's USD, but even at 99.9% "it should be USD", it's still a guess... I suggest adding "USD" written somewhere in "MY SHOPPING CART" screen. Thanks.

    A better post tracking information will be vital. Currently there is very little information on where the package is, which country it reached and on route to where next ... etc.
