Gerber drill generator needs updating
The CAM job needs to be updated for eagle 7.0+ to use Excellon_24 instead. Otherwise, the dimensions of the drill file doesn't work.

This is a common problem. Why the instructions have not been changed?????
Now I lost hours!!!!
