What are the order statuses in Bazaar?


Order is paused from processing until payment is received.


Payment confirmed, system will send an auto email to you, kindly check shipping address, products list and amount, any problem please contact us.will processing within 24 hours on business time.


Order is typically packaged and shipped within 48 business hours.


Order has been sent to the shipping carrier arrange delivery to you.
A tracking number (if available) is e-mail to you when order enters this stage.
Please note that it takes time for each shipping carrier to scan and process each shipment, tracking numbers may not show any results for up to 24 hours.


You can track the parcel in Account> Track Orders.


Order required an additional payment. This is typically caused by order changes (i.e. adding or swapping products) requested by customers;We got your message with special requirements in order, will email to you soon.


Order has been canceled.


Channel of Seeed disbursement refunded money to your account which purchase with us.


Some items in your orders are back-ordered and are causing a hold-up. You may request a split shipment so that other items in your order can be shipped first.


You can cancel and obtain a refund yourself before "Processing" by visiting: Account > Order History > Cancel This Order, the refund needs 7-20 working days to reach your account.

If you wanna place a new order,you may also let us know within 3 working days and we could offer coupon which will be effective immediately.
