stop overcharging for shipping Fusion PCBs

Please charge customers for the correct shipping weight instead of the maximum for PCBs of any given size. Most companies do this.

For an example, Arduino (shield)-sized boards are only one third the size of the 10cm x 10cm board category that must be used to buy them, but they are only ONE THIRD of the size and weight. We have to pay (express) shipping for TRIPLE the weight of the actual order and this can be substantially more expensive.

Please use the actual board size to compute the proper weight. Many other lower-cost PCB prototyping services do this, and as the first/best one, Seeed ought to be able to do this too.
