How can I cancel my order?

For Bazaar orders, you may cancel the order before shipment when the order status is pending, confirming, confirmed, or processing, while the cancel button is available. After the order status is shipped or trackable, the order can NOT be canceled.

Please note that following Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable (“NCNR”) policy such as SenseCAP M1, the order can NOT be canceled. 

Kindly Reminder: 
Since third-party payment platforms, such as PayPal and Braintree (Credit Card), will charge a 3.5% handling fee when the transaction is successful. If any refund is issued, this fee will not be refunded. Therefore, for refund orders, we might deduct the handling fee from the remaining amount.
