Idea Guidelines:
1 – Idea needs to be something we can do. This means, although we appreciate general feedback (for example, “this is good!” or “this hurts!”), here we are looking for ideas we can work on.
2 – Specific. The more details you can provide, the better. Heck—you can attach files to ideas or a reference link to show us what you want!

  4. LinkIt ONE updates

    LinkIt update requests:
-Antennas for the LinkIt to be on the board (at least the GPS). The GPS is heavy.
-Make it so that the SD card can be accessed at the same time the serial to computer is running.
-Have an external power pins for powering the unit and charging the battery.
-Move the microSD card away from the USB connection.

  6. MY SHOPPING CART - USD specified

The $ ... which one of these : USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, SGD ? ? I guess it's USD, but even at 99.9% "it should be USD", it's still a guess... I suggest adding "USD" written somewhere in "MY SHOPPING CART" screen. Thanks.

I wish to have in your OPL list the posibility to use the well common MAX485. When I develop boards with Modbus communication feature, I always need to use this components.

  9. Create more longer cables for grove.

Create more longer cables for grove. For example 2 or 5 meters would be really useful. Thanks

  10. Allow repeat order without the need to upload the gerber files again

If you repeat an order it should not be necessary to upload the Gerber files again. Most other PCB manufacturers do this.

  12. Watch IPL T20 Cricket Live on Android using GHD Sports

GHD Sports app is the latest live sports streaming app which is pretty working fine in streaming all major channels and tv shows for free including the live cricket matches, football, cricket, kabaddi and other games at free of cost.

  13. wired/wireless Grove-controlled 220V outlets

A simple, wired outlet is something I find myself making all the time (left side of photo), but I'd rather buy something smaller/safer/nicer than keep making them :)

The [more expensive] wireless product can have the same functionality of a "normal" rf (or ir) controlled outlet, but the remote control would also have a grove socket. If it's necessary to have 2 buttons/pins in order to control such a device (like the a/b buttons in the photo), you can use both yellow and white lines (unorthodox for non-I2C grove modules, but I don't see any reason why not).

  16. more detail on order status

Provide more online detail on order status. e.g. "Processing" is too generic. more detail would be appreciated, including estimated shipping date.

  19. Optoisolator

I wish that in the OPL parts, you can find a place also for an optoisolator like the PC817. This is a good component when we need to make a strong separation between different supplies. Especially for microcontroller!

  20. Add 4x20 Grove LCD

The 2x16 Grove LCD is terrific, especially with the backlight color changes. Bring out a 4x20 version.

By the way, what are the hidden I2C addresses on this device? They should be documented so multiple devices can be used.
