- You can cancel the order within 1 hour while *cancel* button is available, please cancel it on the order history page and replace an order with the correct Gerber file.
- If the "cancel" button is unavailable, please contact customer service for assistance, we will check if we can change file/cancel the order or not, but if it already sent to the production, then the files can NOT be changed and the order can NOT be canceled.

We are sorry that the Gerber viewer doesn't work really well sometimes, we are currently improving this tool.
We strongly recommend you to download a Gerber viewer software, like Cam350 to check your design. Also, we have engineers to check the Gerber file after order confirmed, we will let you know if there has a bug in the files.Thank you for your feedback and support again, we wish you happy everyday~!

Thank you for sharing your idea, we will realize your thoughts asap.
Also, we had put some BOM guides on the ordering page for your reference, it just needs to write the correct MPN in the BOM file then will be able to place a PCBA order when not all parts in OPL. -

Hello Leo,
Thank you for your suggestion. At the moment, the Seeed PCBA BOM reader only supports Seeed PCBA format BOMs but we are looking into compatibility with other PCB software generated BOMs. The issue is that many are unstandardized or not machine readable or don't include the manufacturer part number which is something we need to be able to match parts and pricing. Online suggested alternative parts is also something we would like to include in future. Stay tuned!
