Fusion has made the decision not to use Singapore Post for delivery to Canada. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. We have made this decision in order to improve your shopping experience.

The reasons as to why we have removed the service for Canada are detailed below:

  1. Long delivery time and uncompetitive pricing.
  2. No tracking information provided or tracking information fails to update.
  3. Unreliable service, parcels frequently lost.
  4. In order to file a case for lost parcels, customers must apply for proof at the local post office before the shipping agent will provide compensation.

DHL and FedEx shipping methods will still be available, which provide faster and more reliable services at competitive prices.
