  1. Copy of e-mail communication in order history

    Since your communication e-mails gets blocked by our filters and so on, we are loosing time in orders. We placed the order and your team asked for more details. I could see reload file, but do not know what to do and I didn't realise that the email sent from your side is blocked in my side.

    If you have all the e-mail records on the web side at least until the order is complete, then it will reduce delays.

  10. KiCad gerber instructions give bad drill hole placement.

    When I follow the Knowledge Base instructions http://support.seeedstudio.com/knowledgebase/articles/1824574-how-to-generate-gerber-and-drill-files-from-kicad

    ...the Seeed Gerber Viewer puts all the drills near the origin. I can fix it by changing KiCad's Generate Drill Files option -- Drill Units: Inches.

  14. You are a terrible teacher. A first time customer has no idea how to start. Why do you make it so hard?

    Your fist page should show EXACTLY what we need to make things go. So far, I still don't know how this works. The manual for my Grove device says I ned a Seeeduino board with driver board, but you don't sell those?

  17. BOM Alternate Purchase Links

    Idea: SEEED should list Mainland China based "BOM - Alternative Purchase Links" Vendors like ARROW, Digi-Key, etc so PCB clients can find alternative purchase links when a BOM is not accepted because some components not being available in the SEEED inventory.
    This is assuming that the SEEED PCB manufacturers are located in major Chinese cities where the alternate vendors may have component stocks.

  19. Logic level shifter for grove components

    Logic level shifter for grove components:
    I'd like to suggest a logic level shifter for I2C, digital, and analog Grove components. I'm envisioning a small Grove PCB with two grove connectors one 5V power supply connector and a logic level shifter fast enough for I2C (e.g., https://www.adafruit.com/product/757). The grove logic level shifter would allow to easily connect 3V microcontrollers to 5V grove components.
